Cancellation

We hate cancellations its nothing personal but it does make awkward when we have re-arrange or turn down work which we would have normally taken up.  The more notice you give the better and the easier we will be when it comes to talking about it.

Deposit

Unless we cancel on you then the deposit is non-refundable.  this is final and absolute.  The deposit is our method of booking the date in the diary and if all events were cancelled we could continue as a business.

Up to two months before the event

At this point we would be happy to accept that the event is cancelled and leave it at that

Between two and one month before the event

We would need 33% of the Min Invoice amount including the deposit paid.  so if the total invoice was £1000, you paid a 10% deposit, we would require £233 to settle

Between one month and two weeks before the event

Same as before but it would run at 66%

Less than one week before the event

We would ask for the minimum race fee / Base Charge

 

For all cancellations where products have already been posted / produced (eg race numbers, disposable timing chips) then these will be invoiced in full.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Where we believe the event organiser is going beyond just a straight cancellation and the event has been cancelled through no fault of their own we will liase with the event organiser to determine the best course of action.

For example, where an event organiser is refunding all entrants or providing an alternative date or race we will consider reducing any fees on a case by case basis.
